Easy pickup at the airport close to Yogyakarta city center
Unlike YIA which is way out west in Kulon Progo, Adisucipto Airport sits on Jl. Raya Solo KM 9 — just 20-25 minutes from Malioboro. It is positioned right between downtown Jogja and Prambanan Temple, so once you land, everything is within easy reach without a long drive.
Adisucipto is quieter now since most commercial flights moved to YIA, but it still handles charter flights, military operations, and select domestic routes. The upside of being quieter is that pickup here is hassle-free — your Adhyasatya Tour & Travel driver can wait right in front of the terminal without parking headaches.
There is no additional fee for Adisucipto pickup since it is within city limits. Exit the terminal, turn right toward the parking area, and your car is ready. If you want to head straight to Prambanan, it is just 15 minutes east along Jl. Raya Solo. For Malioboro, head west on Jl. Adisucipto — it is a straight road that connects to Jl. Sudirman leading right into the city center.

Parking at Adisucipto is spacious and cheap (IDR 3,000/hour). The driver can wait right in front of the arrival terminal — no complicated coordination needed.
Prambanan is just 15 minutes east via Jl. Raya Solo. If you land in the afternoon, you can head straight there for sunset.
Watch out for the Janti intersection during rush hours (7-8:30 AM and 4-6 PM) — it is the most congested junction in Jogja. Our drivers know the shortcut via Jl. Laksda Adisucipto.
