Terms of service of Adhyasatya Tour & Travel.

1. General Terms
By using the services of Adhyasatya Tour & Travel ("We"), you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.
2. Services
We provide the following services:
- Chauffeur-driven vehicle rental
- Self-drive vehicle rental
- Tour packages in Yogyakarta and surroundings
- Custom tour packages upon request
3. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are made through the website or WhatsApp.
- Payment must be completed within 24 hours after booking.
- Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled.
- Listed prices include tax unless otherwise stated.
- We accept payment via bank transfer, e-wallet, credit/debit card, and retail outlets through Midtrans.
4. Cancellation Policy
- 3+ days before departure: 100% refund.
- 1 day before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
- Day of: no refund.
- Cancellation is done by contacting customer service via WhatsApp.
- Refund process takes 3-7 business days.
5. Self-Drive Rental
Special requirements for self-drive rental:
- Renter must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver license (SIM A) is required.
- Must submit original ID card and a copy as guarantee.
- Deposit must be paid as per applicable terms.
- Vehicle must be returned in good condition with fuel at the same level as pickup.
- Late returns incur additional hourly charges.
- Damage due to renter negligence is the renter responsibility.
6. Chauffeur-Driven Rental
- Fuel for Yogyakarta area is included.
- Out-of-town trips incur additional charges based on distance.
- One day is maximum 12 hours of operation.
- Overtime incurs additional hourly charges.
- Tips for the driver are voluntary.
7. Tour Packages
- Tour packages include: vehicle, fuel, driver, and mineral water.
- Not included: entrance tickets, meals, driver tips, and personal expenses.
- Itinerary changes can be made by agreement with the driver.
- Customer-cancelled destinations do not reduce the package price.
8. Liability
- We are responsible for vehicle condition and safety during the trip.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged customer belongings.
- We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure.
- All vehicles are covered by basic insurance.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website.
