Tourist Bus Rental Prices Jogja 2026
Large group transport solution at affordable prices
When your group is 20 people or more — whether it's a study tour, corporate outing, family reunion, or pilgrimage — a tourist bus is the most efficient option. Per person, it's far cheaper than renting multiple small cars, and the whole group stays together in one vehicle.
We provide medium buses (25-35 seats, from IDR 2,500,000/day) and big buses (45-59 seats, from IDR 3,500,000/day). Do the math: a big bus for 50 people works out to just IDR 70,000 per person per day — cheaper than a single ride-hailing trip in Jogja. All prices include an experienced driver, assistant, and in-city fuel.
One thing event organizers should be aware of: large buses have access limitations. Not every road in Jogja's tourist areas can accommodate a big bus — for instance, the narrow and winding roads to the south coast beaches, or the limited parking at Prambanan Temple for large vehicles. We always help with route consultation to match the bus size to your itinerary.
Our buses come equipped with AC, reclining seats, audio system, and spacious undercarriage luggage compartments. For long trips like Jogja-Bandung or Jogja-Jakarta, we provide a relief driver for safety.

Seasonal & Peak Period Notes
Tourist buses have their own busy seasons that sometimes catch event organizers off guard:
- Study tour season (Jan-Mar, Sep-Nov): This is the busiest period. Schools from Jakarta, Semarang, and Surabaya all flock to Jogja. Book at least 1 month ahead — we've had to turn people away because we were fully booked
- Eid/Lebaran: 50-80% increase. Buses are extremely limited as many are used for group homecoming trips
For study tour organizers: start booking now. The closer to your departure date, the harder it gets to secure a quality unit.
