Hiace vs Elf

Study tour organizers and company gathering coordinators always face this same dilemma: Hiace or Elf? The answer comes down to just two things — headcount and budget. If your group is 10-15 people and per-person cost is flexible, the Hiace is unbeatable for comfort. Higher roof, AC that actually reaches the back rows, and cushioned seats throughout. But if you have 18-25 people, the Elf is the only practical option without needing two vehicles. For the standard Borobudur-Prambanan route, both handle it fine since the roads are wide and smooth. The difference shows up on narrow village roads — the long Elf (25 seats) struggles on tight turns.
